Our platform provider, Amazon AWS, has reported issues with many of their services in the Eastern USA region, which is where our main servers are based. Unfortunately, this is affecting tasks like sending emails and eSignature documents etc.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this status page as we become aware of any new developments.
